Centuries
ago three time travellers visited the world of the Gonds and helped
them in their struggle against the oppressive Krotons. Then they
left. How did the Gonds cope in the aftermath of the defeat of the
Krotons? Did they survive?
Many
years later a survey vessel from an archeological society known
as the Academius Stellaris, based on the planer Strichium, visited
this unnamed world.....

Surveys
suggest that the structures have been abandoned for several
thousand years. Each larger building has a collection
of smaller structures, which we hypothesise are dwellings
of some sort. Possibly humanoid but the high concentrations
of sulphuric chemicals in the atmosphere would make humanoid
life difficult.
In the largest structure we have discovered several structures
still intact, resembling some sort of chemical laboratory.
We have managed to reactivate some of the equipment including
a large tank. A crystalline based structure appears to
be forming slowly, possibly some sort of power crystal.
As yet it is difficult to tell. We are connecting the
ships computer to the control banks in an attempt to speed
up the process.
We are transmitting images of the surroundings, the structures
and the laboratory with the tank. More to follow shortly....... |
